Abstract:  Geographic coverage in line geometry shows all of the trackline(s) capturing multibeam echosounder of the seabed during 2022 survey legs. A trackline is a line outlining the track undertaken by the seabed survey vessel and usually collected from the Automatic Identification System (AIS) transponder on board the vessels. Each line geometry contains line number, vessel name, survey name, leg number, year and length.

Purpose: INFOMAR Seabed Survey Trackline(s) data represent ship survey lines which have mapped the seabed using multibeam systems on our research vessels during the year 2022.
